NOGAS ISLAND is a 24 hectare marine reserve approximately 1.5-2.0 kilometers (approximately 15-20 minute boat ride from the hot spring) off the coast of Anini-y, Antique. Anini-y, Antique for those who haven't heard it is in the southern tip of Panay Island. Panay island is the place where Iloilo, Aklan, Capiz and the very famous beach resort island Boracay is located.

The island has white beautiful sand. It also has clear crystal water that anyone would be tempted to splash and feel it.

It is also known for its lighthouse. The lighthouse was built in 1917. This had guided sailors and seafarers for many years but according to some locals there, it's not use anymore. Well aside from picture taking for souvenir purposes.
