GORGEOUS PLACE - NOGAS ISLAND and ANINI-Y HOT SPRING RESORT -

Are you looking for a good experience this summer? Nowadays the weather isn't good at all. It is very unpredictable. Sometimes it rains, sometimes the sun shines to hottest temperature. If you are looking for place where rainy season and summer season are always in, these places are perfect for you.

If it's raining, give yourself a little heat on a natural hot spring.
If it's sunny you can enjoy a secluded paradise located near the hot spring.

NOGAS ISLAND is  a 24 hectare marine reserve approximately 1.5-2.0 kilometers (approximately 15-20 minute boat ride from the hot spring) off the coast of Anini-y, Antique. Anini-y, Antique for those who haven't heard it is in the southern tip of Panay Island. Panay island is the place where Iloilo, Aklan, Capiz and the very famous beach resort island Boracay is located.

It is also known for its lighthouse. The lighthouse was built in 1917. This had guided sailors and seafarers for many years but according to some locals there, it's not use anymore. Well aside from picture taking for souvenir purposes.

A beautiful path towards the lighthouse. These plants are frangipani also known as calachuchi. The smell of these bushes is so refreshing.

BE THIN WITHOUT EXERCISE.

Nowadays, girls and even some guys are becoming more vain. They want to be sexy. People want to be at their best but some are too lazy to exercise and we cannot deny the fact that Filipinos love to eat. Here are some ways to somehow lower your scale:

1. Watch your salt intake. "Where sodium goes, water follows." We all know salt is sodium chloride. Having to much salt on your diet is not good. Aside from future kidney problems, it could actually increase your weight. We can't excrete all our salt intakes if we don't sweat. Remember anything inside a can is not good if you want to lose weight. All these preservatives have a lot of sodium content.

2. Don't believe on diet drinks. Some diet drinks manufacturer says they could actually help you lose weight because they have L-carnitine or whatever chemical or substance they put in their products. I could say that these things could help but these things are already inside our body. We don't need much of it. If you still haven't seen what is written on the plastic covering of those drinks, it says "do regular exercise." It's funny that you take these diet drinks to have the substance that will increase your metabolism just to remove the excess sugar you got from those drinks. It's a waste of money but if you like the taste of it then go, grab one.

3.SEVENTY FIVE. Ayurvedic tradition in India advises eating until you are 75 percent full. I don't exactly know how 75 percent full feeling is. It  is very subjective but I guess we know when we are really full and if we are just okay. Just know your limits.

4. Eat before SIX P.M. Well this is really hard but i think it would help. Some of my friends do this and they are thin. Just an advice, if you want to do this, it's better if you sleep early like 8 P.M. or P.M. so you won't feel hungry. It would be helpful for your skin because you will have a good long sleep but in case you can't avoid fruits and fresh vegetables could help.
5.Eat every two hours. Divide your food intake in six different meals. This would help increase your metabolism. If you like a certain food, you can it many times a day but remember in little amount. It's like you have a slice of cake. You can eat many times in day but you need to divide that slice of cake to your meals for the day.
6. Control your alcohol intake. Recent studies says that alcohol can lower the risk of heart attacks but guys we're not talking about heart attacks here. If you want to lose weight, control your alcohol intake. If you drink three bottles in one sitting., why don't you try drinking only two. It won't hurt much.

*if you want to go on diet, it is better to consult your doctor first to check your health status.
